As Wendell's celebrates their 125th Anniversary this year, it has been enlightening to reflect on the past, see pictures of our company in it's early beginnings, seeing people who have long (and some newly) retired and reflect on where we have been, where we are now, and where we want to go. Our roots are well planted, but our branches are continually being stretched and growing as we reach our new heights. So too with Serenity Corner, To provide faster service and assure you can place your orders on the first call, we are having Customer Service Representatives take calls for Recovery orders. You know that Sue would not just let anyone talk to “her customers” so you know that this team has passed a rigorous training and inspection program to assure that they are helpful, professional and of course friendly. The next time you call Wendell’s and hear a voice other than Sue’s, you are likely saying hello to one of Wendell’s Customer Service Professionals. If you miss talking to Sue, you can still ask to speak to her, and don’t be surprised when Sue calls you just to check that you are satisfied with your product and our service. It is not just that Sue like to “chat”, our Customer’s satisfaction is still her number one mission.
