A well-respected educational organization was looking for a better way to acquire their internal signage. The Wendell’s office supply partner presented the opportunity to the Wendell’s sales staff, which started the process in motion.

Wendell’s effectively matched the current sign system of the customer, a completely unique and handmade sign, which accommodated the school without forcing a change or noticeable shift in vendors. Wendell’s was able to manufacture the sign for less, which met the goal of reducing cost. All parts of the sign were stocked and ready for assembly at a moments notice reducing lead-time and achieving another goal for the school. Finally, Wendell’s created unique item numbers and a customized order form for the purchaser to place orders achieving the schools last goal of ordering convenience.

A short while later, the school opened a new facility and a new color scheme was introduced. Wendell’s applied the same creativity and strategy to the new scheme and rolled out the new signs with minimum effort from the dealer and the school. The end result was a streamlined program that saves the school time and money and facilitates immediate modifications at a moments notice.
