Wendell’s helped a large call center with over 600 seats reorganize and remodel through the use of interior signage. The Wendell’s service team personally visited the literal maze of cubicles and came up with a number of suggestions for directing people to the appropriate area. Through the use of attractive contemporary signage, Wendell’s suggested using a master directory at the entrance to the call center with sub-directories on the cubicle rows and individual identification signs at each cubicle.

All of the signs were developed with low-cost and easy replacement in mind while maintaining a professional and consistent appearance throughout the call center. In the end, the call center received a professional appearance at an economical price point that has increased efficiency due to a clear organization of the call center floor.
